This Refund & Return Policy outlines our guidelines for returns, refunds, and exchanges of kitchenware, cookware, cutlery, and cookbooks purchased through our website at https://cravemadforchicken.com.

1. Returns Eligibility

We accept returns of eligible products within 30 days of the delivery date, provided they meet the following conditions:

  • Item must be unused, unwashed, and in its original packaging
  • Item must include all original components, manuals, tags, and accessories
  • Proof of purchase (order number or receipt) is required

2. Non-Returnable Items

The following items are non-returnable and non-refundable:

  • Opened or used kitchenware, cookware, or cutlery
  • Cookbooks that have been read, marked, or damaged
  • Items marked as Final Sale or Clearance
  • Gift cards or promotional items
  • Any perishable food products (if applicable)

3. Damaged or Defective Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery. We may request photos of the damaged item and packaging to process a replacement or refund.
We will cover return shipping costs for damaged, defective, or wrong items.

4. Refunds Process

Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we’ll notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be issued to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days
  • Shipping charges are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error

5. Exchanges

We currently do not offer direct product exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it for a refund and place a new order.
