Turkey Medley

A rustic mix of roasted or sautéed turkey, vegetables, and herbs. A quick and nutritious way to use up leftovers in a wholesome, one-skillet meal.

  • 3 celery, chopped
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour 2 cups milk
  • 4 cups cooked turkey, chopped 1 (4.5 ounce) can mushrooms, drained
  • 1 (4 ounce) jar pimentos (optional) 1 green bell pepper, chopped
  • 1/2 (15 ounce) can peas, drained
