One Pan Ham Egg and Cheese Breakfast Sandwich
This one-skillet folded egg sandwich isn't new, but it's certainly viral! I've been making and enjoying something similar for decades. I like it because it's efficient, delicious and fun, and the technique is easy to master with a little practice.
Ingreadient
- nonstick cooking spray
- 1 slice ham or 2 slices canadian bacon
- butter, for frying the eggs (optional)
- 3 large eggs
- kosher salt and freshly ground black pepper
- 2 slices white bread
- 1 slice american cheese
