Italian Turkey Cutlets

Thin slices of turkey breast breaded and pan-fried with Italian herbs and spices. Crispy on the outside and tender inside, they’re delicious with pasta, salad, or a splash of marinara sauce.

  • 5 teaspoons olive or canola oil, divided
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can italian stewed tomatoes
  • 1 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon dried rosemary, crushed
  • 1 1/4 pounds turkey breast cutlets 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/8 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 tablespoons shredded parmesan cheese
