  • 2 medium carrots, sliced 1/8 inch thick
  • 1/4 teaspoon italian seasoning 1/4 teaspoon dried basil
  • 1/4 teaspoon salt 1/4 teaspoon pepper 2 cups water
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can italian stewed tomatoes
  • 1 (10.75 ounce) can condensed tomato soup, undiluted
  • 3/4 cup uncooked instant rice
