Italian Bow Tie Supper

Bow tie pasta tossed with Italian sausage, peppers, and tomato sauce. A hearty, one-pan meal with big flavor and easy cleanup.

  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef 1 medium onion, chopped
  • 1 garlic clove, minced
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce
  • 1 (14.5 ounce) can stewed tomatoes, cut up
  • 1 teaspoon dried oregano
  • 1 teaspoon italian seasoning salt and pepper to taste
  • 1 (16 ounce) package bow tie pasta, cooked and drained
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
  • 1 1/2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  • 1/2 cup grated parmesan cheese
