Chicken Murphy II

Zesty Italian-American chicken and pasta dish with sausage, peppers, and a slightly spicy tomato-based sauce. Hearty and full of bold flavors.

  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour salt and pepper to taste
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into 1 inch cubes
  • 3 tablespoons olive oil
  • 1 pound hot italian sausage
  • 2 medium baking potatoes, peeled and cubed
  • 1/2 large red onion, diced
  • 1 green bell pepper, seeded and diced
  • 3 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 1 (12 ounce) jar sliced jalapeno peppers
  • 1 1/2 cups dry white wine
  • 2 tablespoons cornstarch
  • 1 (12 ounce) package rotini pasta 1/4 cup freshly grated parmesan cheese
