Chicken and Shrimp Linguine

A surf-and-turf pasta combo with tender chicken and shrimp tossed in a creamy or garlicky sauce over linguine noodles.

  • 1 pound linguini pasta
  • 1/4 teaspoon ground nutmeg 1 pinch cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon onion powder 1/2 teaspoon ground black pepper
  • 4 tablespoons butter 1/2 cup milk
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 2 tablespoons olive oil
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped
  • 4 skinless, boneless chicken breast halves - cut into cubes 3/4 cup white wine
  • 1 pound medium shrimp - peeled and deveined
