  • 1 1/2 pounds ground beef
  • 2 cloves garlic, chopped 1 teaspoon dried oregano 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 2 (8 ounce) cans tomato sauce 1/2 cup water
  • 1 (10 ounce) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and drained
  • 1 (8 ounce) container cottage cheese
  • 1/4 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons grated parmesan cheese
  • 8 ounces shredded mozzarella cheese
