  • 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
  • 3 bananas, broken into chunks
  • 1 ½ cups milk
  • 6 eggs
  • ½ cup brown sugar
  • 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
  • ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
  • 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed
