- 1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
- 3 bananas, broken into chunks
- 1 ½ cups milk
- 6 eggs
- ½ cup brown sugar
- 1 tablespoon vanilla extract
- ½ cup semisweet chocolate chips
- 1 tablespoon butter, or as needed
